Terms of Service

Website: weakestlink.in

Effective Date: 20 August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of weakestlink.in (the “Platform”), including the “Identify the Weakest Link in Your Trading System” diagnostic assessment tool (the “Assessment”), built on the proprietary Trading Potential Diagnostic Framework developed by Dr. Divyangkumar Patel, and operated by Zero To Consistency™ (“Zero To Consistency™”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing weakestlink.in, taking the Assessment, creating an account, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Trading Risk & Educational Disclaimer, all of which are incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. About the Platform

weakestlink.in offers a self-assessment tool that helps traders identify potential weak points in their trading system across areas such as strategy, risk management, consistency, and execution, based on our proprietary diagnostic framework:

Trading Potential = Trading Strategy × Risk Management × Consistency Index / Execution Mistakes

Consistency Index = Intention Clarity × Intrinsic Motivators × Emotional Stability × Action / Blockers

The Assessment is a self-reported diagnostic and educational tool. It is designed to help you reflect on your trading process and is not a certified psychological, medical, or financial diagnostic instrument.

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we may suspend or terminate that account.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Trading Potential Diagnostic Framework, the Consistency Index formula, the Assessment questions, scoring logic, weightings, interpretations, reports, and all related content, text, graphics, logos, and software on weakestlink.in are the proprietary intellectual property of Dr. Divyangkumar Patel and Zero To Consistency™, protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works based on the framework, questions, scoring methodology, or reports;

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying logic, algorithm, or weighting of the Assessment;

Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or repeatedly run the Assessment;

Use the Zero To Consistency™ name, “Weakest Link” branding, or any related marks without prior written permission;

Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Platform or its output.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your own personal, educational, and non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

4. Changes to the Assessment, Questions, and Features

Zero To Consistency™ is continuously refining the Trading Potential Diagnostic Framework as we learn more about trader behaviour and gather new data. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Features of the Platform may be added, modified, or removed at any time, at our sole discretion;

The number, order, and content of questions in the Assessment may change at any time;

The scoring methodology, weightings, and interpretation of results may be revised as our framework and underlying data evolve;

Such changes may be made without prior notice to users, and we are under no obligation to inform you before or after a change is made;

Because the framework is continuously refined, results, scores, or interpretations generated at different points in time may not be directly comparable to one another;

Historical results are a reflection of the version of the Assessment active at the time they were generated, and do not represent a permanent or certified rating of you or your trading system.

We may, from time to time, retire, discontinue, or replace the Assessment (or any part of the Platform) entirely, with or without notice.

5. Nature of Results — Educational Purpose Only

The Assessment is provided strictly for educational and self-reflection purposes. Your results, score, and any accompanying interpretation, commentary, or recommendation are:

Based entirely on the information you self-report, and are only as accurate as the honesty and self-awareness of your responses;

Indicative and directional in nature, not a certified, clinical, or guaranteed diagnosis of your trading ability, psychology, or financial prospects;

Not investment advice, a trading signal, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, or a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, or medical advice.

This section should be read together with our Trading Risk & Educational Disclaimer, which applies in full to your use of the Platform and Assessment.

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes

While we aim to make the Assessment as useful and relevant as possible, Zero To Consistency™ makes no representation or warranty that the Assessment, its questions, or its interpretations are complete, accurate, error-free, or suitable for your specific circumstances at any given time. Any decisions you make in your trading, business, or personal life based on your Assessment results are made entirely at your own discretion and risk.

7. Relationship to Coaching Programs

The Assessment is designed to help you understand where you may be losing consistency in your trading and may be used by Zero To Consistency™ to recommend next steps, such as booking a discovery call or exploring our 1:1 coaching or group coaching programs. Taking the Assessment does not obligate you to purchase any program, and receiving a particular result does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, or a particular outcome from any coaching program. Any paid program you subsequently enrol in will be governed by its own separate program terms and the Trading Risk & Educational Disclaimer.

8. Accounts and Registration

Certain features of the Platform, such as saving your results or booking a call, may require you to provide your name, email address, phone number, or other details. You agree to provide accurate and current information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

9. Your Responses and Data

Information you submit while taking the Assessment (including your answers, results, and any contact details) is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may use anonymized or aggregated response data to improve, validate, and refine the Trading Potential Diagnostic Framework over time.

10. Fees

The Assessment is currently offered free of charge. Zero To Consistency™ reserves the right to introduce fees for the Assessment, premium reports, or additional features at any time, with such fees clearly communicated before they apply to you. Fees for any separate coaching program will be communicated at the time of enrolment and are governed by that program's own terms.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Platform, you agree that you will not:

Provide false or misleading information when taking the Assessment or registering;

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its systems, or other users' data;

Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functioning, servers, or networks;

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;

Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use or link to third-party tools, such as form providers, payment gateways, scheduling tools, hosting, and analytics providers, to operate the Assessment and related services. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and the Assessment are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any question, feature, or interpretation will remain unchanged or available at any future point in time.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zero To Consistency™, its founders, trainers, employees, and associates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Assessment, including any reliance placed on its results or interpretations.

Where the Assessment has been provided to you free of charge, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform shall not exceed INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand). Where you have paid a fee for a premium feature or report, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific feature or report.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zero To Consistency™, its founders, trainers, employees, and associates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

16. Termination or Suspension of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Platform, or engaged in conduct that could harm Zero To Consistency™, other users, or the integrity of the Assessment. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, the Assessment, our business, or applicable law. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Platform, the Assessment, or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Trading Risk & Educational Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zero To Consistency™ regarding your use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
